  The Crookston Public Library Summer Concert Series always features a festival-like atmosphere, with free outdoor concerts under the stars showcasing some of the best local bands. All concerts are hosted at Crookston Downtown Square, and there are two more free concerts remaining in the series this summer. First up are the Meat Rabbits, who will be performing on July 10, 2025, starting at 6:00 PM. The final concert of the summer takes place on August 14, 2025, with the FM All-Stars taking the stage at 5:00 PM. These concerts are always free, and all you'll need to bring is some seating if you'd prefer to sit for the show.

Then you won't want to miss the chance for a family visit to Explore Minnesota Wildlife hosted at the Crookston Public Library. This fun, educational event is designed with kids age 5-10 in mind, and there's no cost to attend. It takes place on July 23, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM.
